The Ivory Tower
I fell fourteen stories Out of the Ivory Tower, My fall broken By the landscaping. Once out, there is No getting back in. Not that I want to. I jumped as if The Tower was burning. Now I’m walking In the feudal lands From which the Tower Draws revenue and labor. I can see it still, Rising nobly in the distance. I admit that From here it seems beautiful.
